If the shipment is delayed or product quality differs from what's specified in online order, you are eligible for a refund.

Items that are faulty may be returned during the warrenty time to our manufacturer. They will examine the product to determine if it should be repaired or replaced. The decision they make will be final and no exceptions shall be made. Frieght charges will be on your account.
