FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. What are my payment options: We use trusted and secure PayPal gateway. For more information on the payment methods, visit our Pay-To-Me page.

2. How will my order be delivered: Your order will be delivered to your home address, just enter your address in the address bar. We'll start processing your order once your payment has been comfirmed. You will recieve a comfirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Your tracking number and tracking url will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

3. What if I need my order on the same day: Visit our Contact Page for urgent requests involving immediate shipping. Shipping will mostly be within 3-4 weeks on the Standard Shipping plan which is free. The Premium Tier Shipping plan is however within 2 weeks at the price of $18.99/R380.

5. Changes and cancelling of orders: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of your processed order, after 5 minutes we have no power over cancelling your orders. Orders can be returned once the product has been delivered to your home address, frieght charges will be on your account. Any special requests involving an urgent change or cancelization of an order, then please contact us on our Contact Page.

6. How the cart works: At the top right corner, the number/s is in your cart. Click on it and once opened, if you are satified then press checkout and be sent to our POS.
